The 41st AGM is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST. The meeting will take place at the company's Registered Office located at Imambada Road, Nagpur 440018, Maharashtra.

For the purpose of determining the eligibility of Members to avail the e-voting facility for resolutions to be transacted at the AGM, the company has fixed the cut-off date (Record Date) as September 12, 2026.
