The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on 05 November 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026.
In view of the declaration of financial results for this period, the Trading Window has been closed for all directors and designated persons of the Company. The closure period began on 01 October 2026 and will remain in effect until the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results.
