MD & CEO Appointment Details

Remuneration Package:
- Annual Fixed Compensation: ₹4,00,00,000 (₹4 crore) comprising:
- Basic Salary: ₹11,66,667 per month (35% of fixed compensation)
- Benefits, perquisites, and allowances including rent-free accommodation or HRA
- Statutory contributions to PF and Gratuity
- Performance Linked Bonus: Target of ₹4,00,00,000 annually
- Long Term Incentive: Target incentive of ₹7,50,00,000 for 2027 covering FY 2027-28 to FY 2029-30
- One-time Cash Compensation:
- ₹2 crore after 6 months
- ₹2 crore after 1 year
- ₹2.5 crore after 2 years
- ₹2.5 crore after 3 years

- Minimum remuneration payable even in case of inadequate profits
