Tata Investment Reappoints Jamshed Patel as CCO

Tata Investment Corporation's Board re-appointed Jamshed Patel as Chief Compliance Officer effective August 5, 2026.
The reappointment is for a three-year term until August 6, 2029, following Nomination Committee recommendation.
The decision complies with an RBI circular and was approved at a Board meeting held on April 21, 2026.
Mr. Patel, the current Company Secretary and CCO, has been with the Tata Group since 2016.
