Tata Motors PV Allots 58,077 ESOP Shares

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles allotted 58,077 equity shares under its long-term incentive scheme at ₹2 exercise price.
The allotment increases paid-up equity capital from ₹736.52 crore to ₹736.53 crore.
Shares were allotted to eligible employees upon exercise of Performance Share Units.
New shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company.
