Tata Power and Bhutan's Druk Green Power Corporation signed an MoU to establish a skill development ecosystem for 5,000 MW clean energy projects.
The training program will be delivered in three phases through Tata Power Skill Development Institute, focusing on safety, technical skills, and asset maintenance.
Bhutan's Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay graced the signing ceremony attended by CEOs of both companies in Thimphu.
The initiative supports the ongoing partnership to develop large-scale clean energy capacity while building local workforce capabilities.
