Tata Power Appoints Nishi Vasudeva Independent Director

Tata Power appoints Ms. Nishi Vasudeva as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective May 13, 2026.
Her tenure is approved until March 29, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting.
Ms. Vasudeva is the former CMD of HPCL and brings over 38 years of experience in the energy sector.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
