Tata Steel executed a Share Subscription Agreement to acquire 26% equity stake in TP Adarsh Limited for ₹5.9 crore.
The acquisition was completed via subscription of 59 lakh equity shares at ₹10 face value per share.
TP Adarsh Limited is now an indirect associate company of Tata Steel post-transaction completion.
