Tata Technologies Ltd appointed Mr. Raghav Mulay as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel effective April 14, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Mulay is a qualified Company Secretary with 15 years' experience and previously worked at Hexaware Technologies and Tata Technologies.
