Tatia Global Ventture appointed Mr. Apurv Maheshwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 1, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on Nomination Committee recommendations on April 27, 2026.
Mr. Maheshwari holds an ICSI membership and law degree but holds no shares in the company.
