The primary agenda for the Board meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the Company's equity shares has been closed for all 'designated persons' effective from 01 July 2026. The trading window will remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours from the date the aforementioned financial results are made public.
