The Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment in a meeting held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

A total of 87,345 (Eighty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Five) fully paid-up Equity Shares were allotted to eligible employees of the Company. This allotment was made upon the exercise of vested options under the ESOP Plan - 2017, specifically for the 6th, 7th, and 8th Tranches.

The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Capital Structure Impact

Consequent to this allotment, the Company's paid-up capital has changed as follows:

  • Number of paid-up equity shares increased from 7,67,43,797 to 7,68,31,142
  • Face value per share: ₹2 each
  • Paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹15,34,87,594 to ₹15,36,62,284
