Transport Corporation of India discloses cessation of Mr. Ishwar Singh Sigar as CEO of TCI Freight Division effective March 31, 2026.
Cessation is due to changes in roles and responsibilities; Mr. Sigar also ceases to be KMP of the Company on the same date.
Mr. Rajendra Sharma, CEO-Designate – TCI Freight, will take over as CEO of TCI Freight Division as previously communicated on February 4, 2026.
