TCI Industries Limited has intimated BSE Limited about a scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, 07 August 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since Wednesday, 01 July 2026. This closure will remain in effect until the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to BSE Limited. This trading restriction was previously communicated via letter dated 26 June 2026 and is in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Insider Trading – Code of Conduct.
