The Board will consider and approve:

• The Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026
• Any other matter with the permission of the Chair

Trading Window Update

The company reiterates its previous intimation dated September 29, 2026 regarding the closure of the trading window. The trading window shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results.
