40,317 equity shares of COPPL were allotted to TCPL Packaging on March 24, 2026; shareholding remains at 100%.
COPPL reported revenue of ₹48.62 crore in FY2024-25, up from ₹39.83 crore in FY2023-24 and ₹34.20 crore in FY2022-23.
