  • Odisha's paperless administration journey began in 2009 with OSWAS 1.0 to digitize file processing within Odisha Secretariat
  • OSWAS 2.0 was implemented in 2018 with technology refresh, stronger infrastructure, and wider rollout
  • OSWAS has served as the digital backbone of the Government of Odisha since 2009
