He has held key finance and leadership positions across organizations and is the founder of a financial advisory firm providing specialized consultancy services in debt syndication and fund raising, IPO funding advisory, financial planning and strategic business consulting.
Eligibility confirmation: The Company confirms that Mr. Anil Poddar meets the criteria of independence as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other regulatory/statutory authority.
