TeamLease Reappoints Three Independent Directors

TeamLease Services reappoints three Independent Directors for a second five-year term, effective mid-2026.
The reappointments of Mekin Maheshwari, Meenakshi Nevatia, and Somasundaram Subramaniam are subject to shareholder approval.
All directors are confirmed as eligible and not debarred from holding office by SEBI or any other authority.
