TechD Cybersecurity Limited (NSE: TECHD) announced that it has received its largest single order to date, a three‑year technology engagement for an end‑customer in the banking and financial services (BFSI) sector valued at Rs 13.08 crore inclusive of GST (Rs 11.09 crore exclusive of GST). The order was placed by a system integrator and distribution company and covers enterprise APM, ASM and AIOps platform licensing for up to 50 applications, together with implementation, support and managed services.

Order Book Expansion

With the addition of the Rs 13.08 crore order, TechD’s total order book rose to Rs 70 crore, representing an increase of approximately 63 % from Rs 43 crore recorded as of 31 March 2026.

Weekly Order Inflow (29 Sep‑4 Oct 2026)

During the week of 29 September to 4 October 2026 the company secured orders amounting to Rs 18.53 crore (including GST) across 11 separate orders and one Letter of Intent. The week’s wins spanned banking and financial services, IT services, e‑commerce, financial technology and other enterprise segments, encompassing cybersecurity services, SIEM, managed security, security assessments and technology platforms. Specific announcements included:

  • 29 September: five orders totalling Rs 3.08 crore covering geospatial technology, banking, financial services, IT services and e‑commerce, involving EDR subscription and support, SIEM support, enterprise security implementation, platform support and network security services.
  • 30 September: five purchase/service orders and one LOI worth Rs 2.36 crore, featuring a three‑year SIEM, Managed SOC, threat‑intelligence and security‑awareness SaaS engagement, cybersecurity audit and assessment mandates, and an LOI for a three‑year MSSP engagement with a SEBI‑registered stock‑broking company.

Technology‑Led Cybersecurity Platform

TechD is transitioning from a services‑led model to an integrated, technology‑led cybersecurity platform that combines services, Managed Security Services, proprietary products and AI‑native capabilities. The company is developing “TECHD ONE”, a unified platform addressing external threats, software supply‑chain security, human behavioural risks and operational technology. The focus on longer‑duration contracts and proprietary technology is intended to increase the recurring component of revenue.

Scale and Capability Investments

TechD is constructing a 60,000 sq ft “Techdefence Cyber Valley” expected to become operational in the second half of FY27. The facility will house a Global SOC, Cyber Capability Centre, Innovation Labs, Training Academy and AI‑driven cyber‑defence infrastructure to support operations, technology development and training.

Customer Base and International Presence

The company serves more than 750 customers worldwide across government, BFSI, enterprises and education, reporting a 98 % renewal rate. It has an established presence in North America, the United Arab Emirates and Mauritius, providing a platform for further international expansion.
