Board Meeting Details

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 5th November, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2026.

Trading Window Status

As previously intimated to the Exchange via letter dated 28th September, 2026, the Trading Window of the Company will continue to remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the half year ended on 30th September, 2026. This closure is in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
