Technisanct and UAE Cybersecurity Council Sign MoU
On 23 September 2026, Technisanct Ltd announced that its flagship threat‑intelligence platform, FalconFeeds, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the United Arab Emirates Cybersecurity Council. The signing ceremony took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City, and was executed by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Chairman of the UAE Cybersecurity Council, and Nandakishore Harikumar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Technisanct.
Scope of the Agreement
The MoU establishes a robust framework for mutual threat‑intelligence exchange, coordinated incident defence, investigative guidance, cross‑sector cyber‑exercises, and the formation of joint expert working groups between the two parties.
FalconFeeds Platform Capabilities
Founded in February 2018, Technisanct originally operated as a consultancy for major Indian brands before developing FalconFeeds, an artificial‑intelligence‑powered platform that shifts the industry from passive event logging to active adversary tracking. FalconFeeds currently monitors more than 22,000 distinct threat entities, encompassing ransomware operators, advanced persistent threat (APT) groups, hacktivists, initial‑access brokers, data brokers and dark‑web vendors. The platform is active in over 55 countries, with a strong operational footprint in Europe and the United States, and safeguards over 200 high‑profile clients, including sovereign governments, large enterprise conglomerates, the Big Four professional services firms and specialised security enterprises.
Beyond traditional code‑level defenses, FalconFeeds’ intelligence engine now scans over 50,000 specialised Telegram channels dedicated to cybercrime, cybersecurity and geopolitics, surfacing emerging brand risks and threat vectors in real time.
Research and Development Support
The platform’s next‑generation AI models are being advanced with landmark research investment from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). This collaboration aims to further refine proprietary AI algorithms for precise digital‑threat profiling.
