- Start date and time: Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM IST

The Annual Report and AGM Notice are also available on the websites of BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com), National Stock Exchange of India Limited (www.nseindia.com), and National Securities Depository Limited (www.evoting.nsdl.com).
The cut-off date for determining shareholders without registered email addresses was August 28, 2026. The Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent is MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited).
