Technocraft Industries' Board will consider declaring an interim dividend for FY 2025-26 at its May 28, 2026 meeting.
The Board meeting will also approve financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026.
The company's trading window remains closed since April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after results announcement.
