Technocraft Industries (India) Limited has decided not to proceed with the proposed acquisition of 100% equity stake in 'Technosoft Integrated Solutions K.K.', a newly incorporated company in Japan. The acquisition was intended to be made by Technosoft Engineering Projects Limited, a subsidiary of Technocraft Industries (India) Limited.

The decision follows mutual discussions and evaluation of evolving strategic considerations between the parties. Both parties have agreed to terminate the discussions.

There are no material financial implications arising from this termination as the target company was newly incorporated and had not commenced business operations.
