The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on August 6, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Narayan Joshi as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from August 6, 2026.

Mr. Joshi has also been authorized by the Board for the purpose of determination of materiality of an event or information pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations.

Cessation of Previous Role

Consequent to this appointment, Mr. Shyama Prasad Ganguly ceased to be the Interim CFO and KMP of the Company with immediate effect from August 6, 2026. He will continue to serve the Company in his existing capacity as General Manager - Finance & Accounts.
