Tega Industries incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Tega Solutions Limited, on April 1, 2026, with a paid-up capital of ₹99 crore.
The subsidiary will provide management consultancy and act as a Global Capability Centre for the company.
The incorporation is a related party transaction and was completed for a cash consideration.
