Allotment Details
The Company allotted 91,353 Equity Shares on August 19, 2026, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options by eligible employees under three different Stock Option Plans:
- Tejas Networks Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2014: 2,464 shares at exercise price of ₹65 per share
- Tejas Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2017: 24,489 shares at exercise price of ₹10 per share
- Tejas Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2022: 64,400 shares at exercise price of ₹10 per share
Capital Structure Impact
Consequent to the allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from ₹177,97,39,820 divided into 17,79,73,982 Equity Shares of ₹10 each to ₹178,06,53,350 divided into 17,80,65,335 Equity Shares of ₹10 each.
Share Rights
The newly allotted Equity Shares shall rank pari passu in all aspects with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
