TEKROI Introduces TEKAI Generative AI for SAP Business One

Hyderabad‑based TEKROI Private Limited announced that its generative AI solution, TEKAI, is now enabling fifty small and mid‑sized enterprises across India, Nepal, the Gulf and Africa to interrogate their SAP Business One ERP systems using ordinary language. The tool allows finance heads and owners to ask questions such as which customers are overdue or which inventory items are running short and receive instant answers drawn directly from live ERP data, without needing to construct queries or possess analytics expertise.

SAP’s AI Partner Innovations playbook for SAP Business One lists TEKAI as one of only four generative‑AI solutions worldwide and the sole offering developed in Asia. TEKAI connects live SAP Business One data to leading AI assistants—including Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity—through the Model Context Protocol, ensuring that each query is answered from the company’s own data rather than a pre‑trained model.

The solution is designed for rapid deployment, typically being installed within a day on an existing SAP Business One environment. It operates in a read‑only mode by default, is provisioned per user, and logs every question and action for audit purposes. Pricing is set at Rs 5,000 per company per month for Indian customers and $150 per company per month for global users.

Current deployments span pharmaceutical distribution in Africa and the Middle East, chemicals distribution in the Gulf, medical‑devices and process‑filtration firms in India, and steel‑manufacturing operations in Nepal. TEKROI, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Hyderabad, is an SAP PartnerEdge partner for Sell and Service. Its team brings more than two decades of SAP experience, having delivered over 350 SAP Business One implementations across 32 industries in 30 countries, supported by a specialist pool of more than 60 professionals.

"Any question about your business, answered from your own ERP data in seconds—from your phone, in a meeting, at midnight. However the question is phrased," said Venkata Siva Reddy Polu, Founder and CEO of TEKROI.
