On 13 August 2026, the Government of Telangana, represented by the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the talent platform foundit to enhance employability and skilling for youth across Telangana.

Parties

  • TASK is a not‑for‑profit organisation set up by the Government of Telangana to coordinate government, industry and academia for workforce development.
  • foundit, formerly Monster (APAC & ME), is a leading talent platform operating in APAC and the Middle East, having assisted over 120 million job seekers in 18 countries and recognised as a Great Place To Work.

Objectives of the MoU

The MoU creates a strategic collaboration aimed at improving employability, expanding access to career services, promoting industry‑relevant upskilling, and generating greater employment opportunities for students and job seekers registered within the TASK ecosystem.

Services to be Provided

foundit will offer discounted employability‑enhancement services to candidates registered with TASK, including:

  • Resume writing and AI‑powered resume solutions
  • Mock interviews with industry experts
  • AI‑enabled interview preparation and assessment tests
  • LinkedIn profile enhancement and profile visibility services

Outreach and Joint Activities

TASK will leverage its network of registered colleges to promote degree programmes, certifications and executive education offered through foundit’s education partners. The two organisations will jointly conduct career‑guidance and employability‑awareness programmes through webinars and workshops to help students understand evolving industry expectations and career opportunities.

K. Nitin Kumar Reddy, Chief Executive Officer of TASK, said that preparing youth for the future of work requires more than technical skills and that the partnership will combine TASK’s academic network with foundit’s technology‑enabled career solutions to create meaningful pathways from education to employment. Tarun Sinha, Chief Executive Officer of foundit, remarked that talent is one of India’s greatest strengths and that the collaboration will help young people build careers aligned with a rapidly evolving job market while giving employers access to future‑ready talent.
