Telge Projects Limited's material subsidiary, Telge Projects Inc., has been domesticated from Virginia to Texas, USA.
Consequent to domestication, the subsidiary has been renamed from Telge Projects Inc. to Telge Global Inc.
All necessary approvals from relevant authorities in both Virginia and Texas have been obtained for this change.
