JR UAV Limited, a strategic joint venture between Tembo Global Industries Limited and JR UAV Europe and JR PROPO Japan, will commence production of specialized UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) components at its facility in Kashidkopar within 90 days. The production is being initiated against orders received by JR UAV Italy for specialized components that form part of UAV systems.

Facility and Manufacturing Details

The Kashidkopar facility is being established as a dedicated manufacturing base for precision components catering to unmanned aerial platforms. This marks a significant step in the Group's expansion into the high-technology defence and aerospace manufacturing value chain.

Financial Targets and Expectations

According to Mr. Sanjay J. Patel, Managing Director of Tembo Global Industries Ltd., the joint venture aims to achieve at least INR 100 crores of revenue in its first year of operations.

The commencement of production is expected to:
