- The audited financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026
- The Auditors Report on the audited financial statements
As previously intimated via letter dated March 26, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed since Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results.
