- Mr. R. C. Subramaniam (DIN: 06844540) has stepped down from his position as Managing Director of Tenneco Automotive India Private Limited (TAIPL), a material subsidiary of the Company, effective close of business hours on November 4, 2026.
- Mr. Arvind Gautam has been appointed as the new Managing Director of TAIPL and as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective November 5, 2026.
Approval Process
The changes were approved by the Board of Directors of Tenneco Clean Air India Limited at its meeting held on November 4, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC).
Reason for Change
Mr. Subramaniam's resignation is consequent to his transition to a new leadership role within the Tenneco Group.
New Managing Director Profile
Mr. Arvind Gautam is a seasoned automotive industry professional with over 25 years of experience in business growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships across the automotive manufacturing sector. He holds a B.E. from University of Bangalore and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. His most recent roles include Executive Director & CEO – Off Road, Interiors & Seating Businesses at SKH Group, and prior to that, Director – Operations at Autoliv India. At TAIPL, he will be responsible for overall leadership of the business, including plant operations, profitability, people, customer relationships, and strategic growth.
