Tenthpin Launches AI‑IoMT Innovation Hub in Bengaluru

Switzerland‑based Tenthpin Management Consultants, a global leader in management and technology consulting for Life Sciences companies, announced the opening of a new Innovation Hub in Bengaluru. The centre, located at Global Tech Park, Koramangala, was inaugurated on 18 September 2026 by Mr Juergen Bauer, Founder and Chairman of the Executive Board of Tenthpin, alongside Mr Michael Schmidt, Founder and Member of the Executive Board, and Mr Sachin Bhure, Partner and Managing Director of Tenthpin India.

The Innovation Hub is positioned as a Global Centre of Excellence dedicated to advanced therapies, delivering AI‑driven and cloud‑based solutions that accelerate the development of complex gene, cell and tissue treatments. Core capabilities include Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) and an Intelligent Clinical Supply Chain. Through AI‑powered analytics, predictive modelling and cloud‑based collaboration tools, the hub aims to enable faster decision‑making, greater reproducibility and more efficient resource use, thereby shortening time‑to‑market while maintaining GxP‑ready quality standards.

Target industries for the hub’s services are pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, animal health and contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs). The centre will also leverage leading SAP solutions—SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH), SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management (ICSM) and SAP Advanced Therapy Orchestration (ATO)—combined with Tenthpin’s proprietary AI‑enabled, GxP‑ready software to support regulatory compliance and digital transformation.

In remarks, Mr Juergen Bauer emphasized that the Bengaluru office represents an investment in the future of Life Sciences innovation and highlighted India’s role as a cornerstone of Tenthpin’s global delivery model. Mr Michael Schmidt noted the centre’s expertise in SAP transformations and its capacity to accelerate digital change for Life Sciences clients worldwide. Mr Sachin Bhure added that Bengaluru’s world‑class talent pool will be expanded, with plans to double the current Bengaluru team within the next two years.

Tenthpin currently operates three major delivery centres of excellence in India—Hyderabad, Pune and Bengaluru—and serves 16 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies. The launch of the Innovation Hub underscores Tenthpin’s commitment to providing high‑value, next‑generation digital solutions to Life Sciences organisations globally.
