Terai Tea Company sold its 47.73% stake in associate Terai Dooars Tea Co. to Mr. Uday Narayan Sharma, ceasing their associate relationship.
The transaction, valued at INR 1.7 crore for 2.62 lakh shares, was completed on March 30, 2026.
The associate contributed 4.06% to group turnover and 1.93% to net worth in the last financial year.
