Terai Tea Sells 47.73% Stake in Associate

Terai Tea Company disinvested 47.73% shareholding in associate Terai Dooars Tea Co. to Mr. Uday Narayan Sharma, effective March 30, 2026.
The associate contributed 4.06% to turnover and 1.93% to net worth in the last financial year for Terai Tea Company.
The transaction involved 2,62,500 shares sold for INR 81,43,931 to Mr. Uday Narayan Sharma, who is not related to promoters.
The disclosure under SEBI LODR Regulations was made as the transaction was inadvertently not intimated to stock exchanges earlier.
