Terumo India and AIG Hospitals signed an MoU to launch an Interventional Radiology Centre of Excellence under the Elevate IR programme.
The centre will serve as the first training hub, offering simulation-based learning, expert sessions, and case discussions via Terumo’s Skill Lab.
Executives Shishir Agarwal and Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy highlighted the partnership’s aim to improve outcomes, reduce risks, and expand access nationwide.
The programme uses liver flow models and Mentice Virtual Simulators, plus vascular closure modules, to train radiologists in advanced procedures.
