Tetra Pak, a global food processing and packaging solutions provider, is exhibiting its end‑to‑end ice‑cream processing portfolio at the Indian Ice Cream Congress & Exhibition (IICE) 2026 in Chennai from 10 to 12 September 2026. The exhibition is organised under the theme “Designed for Growth. Engineered for Efficiency,” emphasizing solutions that improve over‑run control, production efficiency and output while preserving product quality and return on investment.

Key Solutions Demonstrated

The central exhibit is the Tetra Pak® Rotary Moulder 27 A4 complete line, which incorporates a filler, stick inserter and back‑suction system and is promoted as a reliable, flexible and high‑capacity platform for scaling ice‑cream production. Complementary equipment displayed includes the Tetra Pak® High Shear Mixer R200‑200 and its vacuum‑equipped variant, the Tetra Pak® Continuous Freezer S 700 A2 (models CFS 700 and CFS 1500), and the Tetra Pak® Ammonia Freezer range, all aimed at maximising yield and reducing product variation. For premiumisation, the company showcases the Tetra Pak® Ingredient Doser 2000/3000 A3, the Pump Station M3 for ripple applications and the Pump Station 150 M1 for chocolate inclusions, enabling manufacturers to incorporate large inclusions, ripples and sauces while maintaining ingredient integrity.

Product Development Support

Visitors can explore the capabilities of Tetra Pak’s Product Development Centre (PDC), which assists customers from concept creation through formulation development, pilot trials and market‑ready product launch. The PDC display includes sample formulations, market samples, consumer and category insights, and examples across various ice‑cream formats and textures.

Made‑in‑India Portfolio

A highlighted portion of the booth presents Tetra Pak’s Made‑in‑India ice‑cream processing solutions, reflecting the company’s strategy of blending global technology with local manufacturing capacity.
