Texel Industries Allots 1.96 Lakh Shares to Promoter

Texel Industries' Finance Committee approved conversion of 1,96,078 warrants into equity shares for promoter Bhupendra Mehta.
The company received ₹56.24 lakhs as the 75% balance payment for the conversion at ₹38.25 per share.
Post-conversion, paid-up equity capital increased to ₹13.56 crore from ₹13.37 crore with 1.35 crore shares outstanding.
The conversion was completed per SEBI ICDR Regulations following initial warrant allotment approval on October 5, 2024.
