Texmaco Rail & Engineering disclosed receipt of a Rs 27.18 crore domestic supply order from Ultratech Cement for railway wagons.
The order involves supplying one rake of BCFC M1 wagons with one Break Van BVCM, to be completed by 15th July 2026.
The company confirmed the transaction is not a related party transaction and that no promoter group interest exists in the awarding entity.
