Texmaco Rail received a Letter of Award worth USD 430.57 million (INR 4045 crores) from Tsiko Africa Logistics and Barberry Holdings.
The contract covers supply of freight wagons, locomotives, components and long-term maintenance services for the African market.
The order is from international entities and is scheduled for execution during the financial years 2027-2028.
The company confirmed no promoter interest or related party transaction involvement in this award.
