Board Meeting Details
The Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at the registered office of the Company. The primary agenda is to consider, approve, and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Trading Window Closure
In view of the board meeting, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed for:

- Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs)
- Designated Employees
- Connected Persons
Closure period: From July 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (both days inclusive).
