The company opened two new jewellery retail stores in Chennai on August 23, 2026:
- Mogappair West location: Plot No. 4/5, TNHB, 8th Block, Mogappair West, Nolambur, Chennai - 600037 (6,270 square feet)
- Purasaiwakkam location: No. 138 (Old No. 228), Purasaiwakkam High Road, Chennai - 600084 (8,746 square feet)
This expansion increases the company's operational network to over 66 stores across Tamil Nadu. The new stores have been designed to deliver a modern and immersive shopping experience and offer a wide range of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery collections catering to bridal jewellery, festive purchases, everyday wear, gifting, and special occasions.
The stores were inaugurated by the Management of Thangamayil Jewellery in the presence of company officials and customers. Special offers were introduced to mark the opening, and the event witnessed significant customer response.
