- Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2026
- Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors on the above financial results
Trading Window Closure
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015:
- The Trading Window was closed from 01st October, 2026
- The closure will remain in effect until the expiry of 48 hours from the date of publication of the financial results
- The company had intimated this closure to its 'Designated Persons'
