Thermax Completes 51% Acquisition of Exactspace Technologies

Thermax Limited completed its acquisition of a 51% fully diluted stake in Exactspace Technologies Private Limited on April 9, 2026.
The transaction, executed via Share Subscription and Share Purchase Agreement, makes Exactspace a subsidiary of Thermax.
This acquisition follows an earlier intimation on February 27, 2026, regarding the definitive agreements for a 35.83% stake.
Completion was formally notified to BSE and NSE under SEBI Listing Regulations for regulatory compliance.
