Thomas Cook India Supplemental JV Agreement for Travel AI

Thomas Cook (India) Limited executed a Supplemental Agreement to its Share Subscription cum Joint Venture Agreement with Atirath Technologies for co-developing a Travel AI Platform.
TCIL retains 50% stake in JV entity Indian Horizon Marketing Services Limited, with Atirath Technologies holding the remaining 50%.
The transaction is classified as a related party transaction conducted at arm's length; consideration details will be disclosed post-investment.
The JV targets Indian markets and will develop proprietary AI-based intellectual property for the travel domain benefiting the Thomas Cook Group.
