TikTok Commits $1.16B to Finland Data Center

TikTok announced a $1.16 billion investment to build a second data center in Lahti, Finland.
The move follows the first Finnish data center opened in Kouvola last May, marking two billion‑euro projects within a year.
Both facilities are part of Project Clover, a €12 billion program to enhance data protection for over 200 million European users.
