The Board of Directors of Times Green Energy (India) Limited, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, appointed M/s. TRAK and Associates as the company's statutory auditor at its meeting held on August 18, 2026.
The appointment is for a first term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting of the company to be held in calendar year 2031.
