Purpose and Strategic Rationale
The acquisition is intended to strengthen the Company's manufacturing infrastructure and industrial asset base to support business requirements and future growth plans. The additional land provides flexibility to:
- Establish enhanced production and assembly capabilities
- Install advanced machinery
- Develop supporting infrastructure as business requirements evolve
- The acquisition is within the Company's existing line of business (manufacture of process plants, machinery and equipment) and is not outside its main line of business.
